Syrex Info-services started in October 2002.With the launch of Syrex Info-services the company made its mark in the BPO services sector keeping Fund Raising as the main focus. Syrex Info-services serve clients like UNICEF, CRY, SOS Children’s Villages of India, World Vision India, Swiss Emmaus & Hope Foundation. Syrex Info-services serves predominantly to the NGO’s.The company adheres to global recruitment decorum that involves reference checks in order to ensure safety and security of sensitive data. We ensure operationalexcellence within the overall framework of compliance. Syrex Info-services achieves performance by prescribing its projects an analytical step-by-step performance management process which is maintained to monitor and mentor performance records.

Services provided by the company include Tele-Facing for UNICEF, CRY, World Vision India, SOS Children's Villages of India,Hope Foundation and Swiss Emmaus; Face-to-Face; Inbound Operations of Anti-Ragging Helpline (UGC), and the Ghaziabad Development Authority. The company has developed capability in all sectors of the BPO space and has expanded its business to both inbound and outbound process management services. The company’s inbound process management services include Anti-Ragging (UGC) helpline service, Tele-Sales order booking for MEZICON etc.Both inbound and outbound processes have the capability to take calls and deliver results in multiple languages and within global time zones. Syrex also believes that Quality & Process Certification ensures every organization to shape up.Our key benefits are the day shift over the night shift.
